Refund policy

ShooAway comes with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just contact our customer team at sales@shooaway.com to organise your return and send us back your product in the same condition and packaging in which it was received. We will then process your refund, excluding shipping and handling. Refunds will be processed to your Credit Card within 7 days of our receiving the product.
